Mozart meets Zulu in the beautiful Murtal.
What started as a world music experiment has made its way into the temples of classical music like the Viennese concert hall (Wiener Konzerthaus) and the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow. In June 2013 they debuted in the glass hall of the Viennese Musikverein.
An African choir, winner of the French award for world music, and an ensemble of musicians from the Vienna Symphony Orchestra present the programme “Zulu meets Mozart”.
After shows in Europe, the USA and Africa, the Austria-Zimbabwe connection is in Graz at the Murton festival for the first time.
