Polka Potente has been build on the foundations of Aniada a Noar (“every fool”) a veteran of the “New” folk music in Austria. For 23 years the quartet has been successful in Austria, Germany, Italy, France and Slovenia (11 Cds). For Polka Potente the formation has been completed with Reinhard Ziegerhofer on the bass (former member of Broadlahn) and Gabriel Froihofer on the drums (Ramadu, Spafudla) and they are already causing a stir, even abroad.
